To Do:
1. Enlarge two holes on Elevator Action control panel for jump buttons.
2. Cut 6 holes in Vigilante CP for Street Fighter buttons
3. Receive 2 monitors & win monitor chasis from Ebay
(Assuming chassis and 'new' Ebay monitors work, I'll have 2 extra)
4. Build two new cabinets.
5. Buy Jamma Switcher

I should then have 4 games:
1 Dedicated Elevator Action
1 Street Fighter / Mortal Kombat (6 button/two player) setup
To be Built:
1 Heavy barrel/ Ikari Warriors (2 button/two player twist joysticks) setup
1 Main Event / TMNT / Simpsons (2 button / four player)

Current Stock:

Main Event
(3 Jamma boards, 1 Complete CP, 2 marquees)
Street Fighter 2
(1 Jamma board - Champion Edition Installed, have World Warrior Daughter board)
Mortal Kombat
(Idiot cut out 12v connector, have to solder new one for sound)
Heavy Barrel
(1 Jamma Board, Complete CP, Marquee)
Elevator Action (dedicated Cabinet when I remove :
Jungle King (PCB, Marquee, Bezel)

See http://www.klov.com
And my links page at havokmon.com for mucho links

Parts:
1 Power Supply
4 Joysticks
@ 20 buttons various colors
1 JAMMA Harness (Vigilante Cabinet wired for two JAMMA boards)
1 19" Nintendo Monitor (in transit)
1 19" Wells Gardner Monitor

I can't believe the Vigilante monitor is so hosed (see pics on my web site)..
I spent 3 hours re-soldering capacitors, and it's still bad.. Apparently
something with the high-voltage transformer? Beats the hell out of me.. hopefully
I win the chasis (I let it pass last week, so it should be available) Three
monitors would only leave me needing a power supply for the 4th cab!
(Update: Bastard Sniped my chassis at the last minute..)

Woo hoo! (I'll try to not blow myself up ;)

Allright, I'm having power supply issues.. This is going to be my place to decide if I should continue to screw with used stuff, or just buy new:

Base: http://www.competitiveproducts.com/montr1.html 19" $199.00
Bought:
Used Monitor (WG7600) $70
Wells Gardner parts: $40
Used Nintendo Mtr : $90
Cap kit for MTC900E $10
Fuses $5

Total $225

Hmm So far, I have 3 potentially working monitors.
Haven't received the Nintendo yet. Bought as 'WORKING' - needs horizontal shift. np.
The MTX900E has a B+ issue (I suppose I need to learn how to use a multimeter anyways).
The WG7600, I think, just needs a cap kit. Since I'm having power issues on that cab, I can't tell! Ah Ha! Short on the monitor chassis :( A cap melted - needs a cap kit for sure.

Update 5/27/03

Last week I finished the buttons for the Elevator Action. It's now all done, and works beautifully.

Jeff and I Went to the Super Auction on Saturday. Picked up two working cabinets for $100 each. One
was Crime Fighters. The other was Top Gunner. Crime Fighters was a good buy because it had a working
monitor and 4 player controls. I opened it up, and the wiring is totally complete. I already have
the Main Event working in that cab, the Jamma+ wiring was compatible. woo hoo! Unfortunately, I
couldn't get the 25" monitor into that cabinet, so I had to wedge it into my Street Fighter cabinet.
I don't think I'm supposed to be that close to the screen ;)

I also peeled off the 'Crime Fighters' sticker, and discovered a 'Gauntlet II' marquee under it! Mint!

Pictures to come soon.
GameRoom 1
I really hate leafe switches.

SINISTAR!!

Lot's of things happening in the gameroom.. I picked up a Gauntlet CP for $20 on Ebay. Awesome,
considering I sold my original one (all painted black) for $40. So now I have free decals.

And of course, I have to link to the new sinistar. Unfortuantely, I don't have pics of the cockpit
yet, and the upright is at Jay's right now. Hopefully we'll get moved into the new house soon, and
I can setup the cams again.

Total 9 games:

Elevator Action (empty cab - but I have the parts)
Jungle King (Elevator Action is in this cab, but I have JK parts)
Donkey Kong Jr (needs Joystick 'ball', and cap kit - but works fine - just got a Krazy Kong PCB)
Street Fighter ][ (Jamma cab, also have SFvsXmen, XmenCOTA)
Xmen/The Main Event (Gauntlet cab, converted to JAMMA - have MainEvent CP and Gauntlet CP)
Heavy Barrel (vertical JAMMA cab with rotary joys. Also have Ikari Warriors and Victory Road PCB's)
Millipede Cocktail (restored. I also added a Multipede kit, which allows you to play Centipede too)
Sinistar Upright (Currently at Jay's - seems to lockup after 7 mins :() FIXED! Plus lithium upgrade.
Sinistar Cockpit (Currently in shed, moving it shook stuff loose, need to reseat everything :( )

Got some fixing to do, and LOTS of game moving soon!

Have THREE games coming from the Kalamazoo warehouse raid. Kirb was nice enough to offer deliverly,
apparently his sister lives a few miles from Valeo (where I work). He'll be bringing an Asteroids, and
two Tempests. I guess one is in pretty poor condition, with a complete boardset, so he's bringing an empty
cab in nicer condition. Nifty!

2/2/04
The move is starting. Put the house up for sale, so now I have to get the games out of the old one.
At the new house I already dropped off a couple more:
2 Race Drivin uprights
Time Pilot
Rampage
Empty cabaret (slated for Mr. Do)
It's getting out of control ;)
